How to Participate:
To request a date for your organization (the program will run Saturdays from 2:00-4:00 p.m.), please complete the application on this page and submit it. Please also mail us physical copies of the materials you plan to distribute.
Your date will be confirmed in writing. We will provide a table and seating for the number of people specified by you. Please plan to arrive by 1:30 p.m. so you'll be ready by 2:00 p.m. Feel free to bring a sign and any approved brochures, newsletters or other materials that showcase your organization. Be creative - this is your chance to shine!
