Touching Hears, Educating Minds is the story of planning, development and opening of a magnet school in Novi, Michigan. Richard Njus has been the principal of four elementary schools, two of which he opened. Richard is a national traineer for volunteerism in schools, has held seminars on personality profiles, and conducted professional development and consultation in leadership and culture development in schools.
