Schuler Books & Music Presents Project Runway's Daniel Vosovic
Fashion designer and Project Runway finalist Daniel Vosovic, a West Michigan native, takes you behind the scenes of the high-powered world of fashion in Fashion Inside Out: Daniel V's Guide to How Style Happens From Inspiration to Runway and Beyond. From inspiration to execution, from first sketches to final styling, from developing a collection to defining a look, Vosovic combines practical information on fashion design with an intimate look at the fashion scene today. Covering style, method, and image-and a great deal more-Vosovic's keen insights in Fashion Inside Out prove why he is a Project Runway fan favorite.
Daniel Vosovic was one of the sixteen designers who were chosen to participate in Season Two of the Emmy-nominated reality television series Project Runway. He won more challenges than any of his fellow designers to date, was one of the three finalists, and presented a 13-piece collection at New York's Fashion Week to glowing reviews. Daniel's latest project is a collaboration with the stylish new hotel chain NYLO, for which he designed chic and modern staff uniforms. Holding off on producing a signature line, Daniel is continuing to work and assist other well-known designers in the fashion industry.

GOVERNOR MIKE HUCKABEE TO VISIT SCHULER BOOKS ON DECEMBER 3!
Mike Huckabee, Governor of Arkansas, an early presidential candidate in the 2008 election race, and a Fox News contributor, will visit two Schuler Books locations on Wednesday, December 3, to sign copies of his newest book Do the Right Thing.
Mr. Huckabee has launched on a 50-city whirlwind tour to promote Do the Right Thing, including three stops in Michigan on December 3. He will be at Schuler Books in the Eastwood Towne Center from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., and will then proceed to our 28th St. location in Grand Rapids for a signing from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Due to the short length of time at each stop, this will be a signature-only signing. Experience indicates that Mr. Huckabee is capable of signing approximately 500 books in one hour.
Do the Right Thing goes on sale on Tuesday, November 18. The signing is free, but all guests must either purchase their book at the event, or provide the receipt from previous purchase at a Schuler Books location. We will not accept books purchased through other outlets.
