About the Author
Kurt Mills, Ph.D. (1995), University of Notre Dame, is Professor of International Relations and Human Rights at the University of Dundee. He has published widely on global governance and human rights, including International Responses to Mass Atrocities in Africa (University of Pennsylvania Press, 2015). Kendall Stiles, Ph.D. (1987), Johns Hopkins University, is Professor of Political Science at Brigham Young University-Provo. He has published works on international institutions and non-governmental organizations, including Trust and Hedging in International Relations (University of Michigan Press, 2018).
