The Girl From Alien Ridge by Colleen Jinx-Cannon

A young handmaiden on a planet far, far, away gets the adventure of a lifetime when she is forced to accompany a sociopathic princess on an escape attempt and is blasted from the sky by dissidents.  The castaways land on a strange planet called Earth where Llameira must soon come to grips with numerous misunderstanding that jeopardize her very existence.  In the mix are Earth officials looking for an alien survivor, unassuming humans accepting her into their tight niche, and a vicious bounty hunter determined to bring her to justice.
