Cook the Book

Sunday, September 5, 2021 - 2:00pm

This event will be hosted online. See event for details.

If there is one thing we all have in common it’s that we spent a lot of time doing something related to food this last year - whether it was eating, drinking or just thinking about it. The kitchen became a place of refuge, from our couch or our computer, and some of us really leaned into that. Cookbooks became something we could turn to when we were too exhausted to pivot one more time or when we needed something comforting, something nourishing. Thus the inspiration for Cook the Book!

Cook the Book is a cookbook review by our staff; home cooks that just love to be in the kitchen. And love to eat. We are testing recipes for you, so you know what to expect when you open your next cookbook. Some weeks we will talk with the authors, and some weeks we will be joined by local chefs. So, take a few minutes and stop scrolling to enjoy a little kitchen party series we’re calling Cook the Book.
