We’re thrilled to welcome Jan Brett to our Ann Arbor store!
You’ll be treated to a drawing demonstration and presentation followed by a signing. Be sure to arrive early as the first 100 families will receive a free signed Jan Brett poster! During your visit, be sure to snap some photos in front of her artfully wrapped tour bus covered with her beloved book characters, and take a picture with Hedgie, Jan’s favorite friend from The Mitten and The Hat.
This event is free to attend. However it helps us in planning to receive your RSVP. Please register here so we know you plan to join us: https://janbrett-a2sb.eventbrite.com
Some signing considerations:
We’ll have plenty of Jan’s books on hand for purchase! If you purchase your book(s) ahead of time, please bring your receipt.
Jan will do her very best to sign all the books that time permits. Depending on turnout, the number of books she can sign per family may be limited. However, if time does not permit her to sign every book, special signed bookplates featuring her artwork will be available.

From Hedgie's adventures trying to stay awake to see the wonders of winter and entertaining all of his animal friends with a stocking on his head, to Cozy the musk ox keeping a sometimes boisterous group of animals warm during the Alaskan winter, and three of the furriest bears with the coziest house you've ever seen, Jan Brett's favorite characters are sure to entertain during any weather.
